Greetings, community!
We are very proud to announce some big news on our upcoming product roadmap for the first half of 2024 as well as some information about our upcoming Hero League Championship event. Next year is going to be one of the biggest and best for UniVersus yet. We’re so excited to share this news with you!
Hero League Championship
The upcoming Hero League Championship will be hosted in Orlando, Florida at the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort (12205 S. Apopka Vineland Road) over the weekend of February 2nd to 4th, 2024.
The greatest players from around the world will gather and battle to become the #1 Pro Hero!
You still have a chance to take part in this. Pro Hero Nationals is happening in North America, Europe, and Oceania in the month of October. The Pro Hero Nationals main event is an invite-only tournament, but Last Chance Qualifier events will be available on-site Friday. Last Chance Qualifier events are single elimination events that can earn you an invitation to Nationals! Players are matched into eight player pods, and fight to earn their spot in the main event.
Registration for the 12pm Last Chance Qualifier will go up on October 1st. The other LCQs will go live the day of the event.

Upcoming Product Releases
Each Booster Set release is a full-fledged, tournament legal booster pack product. All UniVersus products are fully compatible with one another, so remember that you can mix and match as you please!
My Hero Academia CCG: Jet Burn
My Hero Academia CCG: Jet Burn releases on November 17th, 2023. We’ve partnered with community content creators to show off the new characters in Jet Burn. Check out more here!
And don’t forget to register for a prerelease event. Prerelease events start on November 10th, 2023 and allow you early access with a kit, containing six booster packs and a bonus foil card which can either be an "XR" or an Alternate Art Character!

Yu Yu Hakusho: Dark Tournament

We are proud to announce that Yu Yu Hakusho will be returning to UniVersus! The Dark Tournament is a seminal moment in anime history, and a fan-favorite arc for anime fans all around the world.
And make no mistake – this isn’t just a normal booster pack, Yu Yu Hakusho: Dark Tournament is an experience of a lifetime!
Yu Yu Hakusho: Dark Tournament will only be available at your local game store, with special “Dark Tournament” release events taking place of prereleases for this set. The Dark Tournament will feature new cards as well as fan-favorite reprints from previous Yu Yu Hakusho releases.

We are currently hard at work and more details to follow, but a future My Hero Academia CCG booster set will be released next year.
Challenger Series
Each Challenger Series product is an advanced, ready-to-play deck with two different character options. Additionally, each Challenger Series product includes one Collector’s Booster Pack, which contains six foiled, alternate-art cards from the Challenger Series deck.

Spike, Bounty Hunter can flip your foundations to draw cards, and your attacks get stronger and stronger the more face-down foundations you have!
Vash, the Stampede can give all of your attacks two speed by milling the top card of your deck. On top of that, you can Commit Vash and discard an attack to draw 3 cards, so you’ll always have a trick up your sleeve!
