My Hero Academia: Girl Power Teasers

Good day to all you UniVersus fans out there!

Tim Frie and Clint Badger from the game design team of UniVersus are here today to guide you through some tantalizing teasers for Girl Power! This is going to be our largest MHA set to date, and we are very excited for the players to soon see all the new ways for your favorite characters to get into the fight. Let’s have a great preview season!

Things you can expect to see in Girl Power:

• Some archetypes in the set: Weapons tribal, Charge tribal, Keywords matter, and revealing information to your rival

• 5 newly playable characters

• You get to learn about geological formations!

• A board wipe!

• Another alternate win condition!

• More Class 1-B (including a 1-B ability!)

• A NEW keyword ability!

• 2 Uncommon Assets

• Biggest MHA themed set ever which will include some R and UR cards fit for older playstyles.

Some Game Text on cards in Girl Power:

• Enhance Flip, mill 4: This attack gets +1 speed for each character card milled this way.

• Response Flip: After you check a copy of the card you are trying to play, draw 1 card and ready 1 foundation that hasn’t been readied this Combat Phase.

• This card gets -1 difficulty and -1 to its block modifier for each card in your rival’s card pool.

• Enhance Destroy 1 foundation: Double this attack’s damage.

• Deadlock Enhance: Your Charge attack gets +5 speed and +3 damage.

• If this attack is blocked, your next Ally or Weapon attack gets +1 speed for every 4 foundations in your rival’s stage.

• Response Flip: After you check a 2 or less, that check gets +1.

• Enhance: If this attack is blocked, your rival flips 1 foundation. If it is not blocked, commit 1 rival foundation. If this attack deals damage, draw 1 card.

• Response [Once per turn]: After you check a Ranged or Charge attack, add it to your hand. If that check was made to play an attack, that attack gets +3 speed.
