The Borderlands Bundle: How It Came Together

When our licensing team approached us with an opportunity to collaborate with Gearbox for the newly released Borderlands 4, it quickly became clear just how many fans we had on the team. We knew we had to make something special. After some early brainstorming around how to bring this collaboration to life, we landed on an exciting direction: creating a way for players to access some highly popular cards featuring brand new art that celebrates the series.

Typically, when we build a product, it is designed around a character with support cards tailored to that specific character. However, due to the nature of this collaboration, we wanted to maximize the overall utility of the cards included. Instead of focusing on mechanical connections between a character and their kit cards, we selected cards already established as powerful and widely played across a variety of decks.

Purchasing the Borderlands Bundle lets you get your hands on character cards reimagined as the Borderlands cast, along with powerful staples like Walk the Dog and Weapon Clash, cards that slide easily into a wide range of strategies and will feel right at home in your lineup!
