2026 UniVersus Regionals
Next year, Regionals will be grand festivals of UniVersus packing more than ever for players of all levels. Following the end of each of the four Local Championship windows will be one of these major events in which everyone can come play and celebrate UniVersus. Side events will feature all your favorite formats, with standout events featuring unique prizing for both Retro and Teams formats. Moreover, interacting with any of these side events and attractions will rack you up tickets that you can spend across a robust prize wall of specialty items.
When it comes to prizing, the main event of Regionals will deliver promo cards at the participation level, scaling up through each stage of Top Cuts all the way to the Champion.

Heaps of additional awards await the best of the best players as well. The Top 16 players will find themselves with a Round 1 bye usable in any major event, while Top 8 players will get their invite straight into the UCS. The Top 4 will all also walk away with $150 travel vouchers to help them find their way to their next major event, while the Top 8 players will receive signature leather deck boxes and sleeves featuring unique art based on that Regional. These will be unique to each event with exciting designs and event iconography.

Last, but not least, the grand prize for the champion of each Regional will be creating an Alternate Universe card of themselves as a Backup card inside UniVersus. Each Regional champ will get to reimagine themselves as a Backup card in their own likeness and cement themselves as a part of the game.

The 2026 OP Series will contain 4 seasonal rounds, each playing host to one Regional across 2026. We’ve got a great spread of locations ripe with UniVersus players that’ll keep you competing all year round. Once Round 4 wraps up in Atlanta, OP will take a short break to prepare for the UniVersal Championship to cap off the series in November.
