At UVS Games, we understand how important it is that every event and loyalty point is accurately tracked, from sign-up through participation to redeeming your rewards. Here's a quick and easy guide to keep your UGN experience seamless.
How to Verify Your Participation
Before Leaving the Event
Confirm with your store organizer that they have logged and completed the event in the UGN and that you are in the event. Ensure that the event was the correct event tier.
Regularly Check Your UGN Account
Log into your UGN account frequently to review your event history and Loyalty Points balance. You'll see updates clearly reflected in your account's handy graph. Allow up to 48 hours for your points to appear.
If you believe you are missing any points, check to see if the event was documented properly by checking the event itself in the UGN. If the event has passed and it is showing that it is still published/in progress, ask your organizer if they may mark the event as completed in the UGN.
